萨提尔教育（Satir Education）是由美国的家庭辅导工作者弗吉尼亚・萨提尔（Virginia Satir） 创立，是一种综合性教育方法，旨在培养孩子的🤝社交能力、💖情感智慧和💡解决问题的能力。此教育方法的核心价值包括尊重、自主、情感表达和解决冲突的技巧。

萨提尔提出的冰山理论（iceberg theory）将人类比喻为冰山🗻，一个人对外展现的行为只是冰山露出水面的一角，萨提尔认为，埋在水面下的部分比浮出水面的更庞大，这就是人们更深层次的渴望和情感。

萨提尔的冰山模型可分成水面上和水面下两部分，由七个层级组成，其中有六个层级都在水面下。水面下的🔸「自我」、🔸「需求」、🔸「期待」、🔸「观点」、🔸「感受的感受」、🔸「感受」等区块层层迭加，最终凝聚成水面上大家能看见的🔸「行为」。
